Chocolate Covered Bacon

Bacon is such a wonderful thing! For Easter or all year long, try this chocolate covered bacon recipe. Crispy bacon with milk, dark and white chocolate, oh so yummy!

Milk chocolate

Dark chocolate

White chocolate


  1. Cook the bacon and absorb the fat with paper towels. Let cool for 15 minutes to harden.
  2. In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate while stirring. Keep warm.
  3. Place the bacon slices on a piece of aluminum foil and brush the 3/4 with chocolate. Garnish with the chosen garnish and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to harden!
