Fully Cooked Baby Back Ribs NEW SAUCE
Back, better, and bigger than ever. These baby back ribs are delicious and ready to eat. Made from Quebec pork and already fully cooked, you will just need to warm them up in the oven or on the grill. They are topped with our new sweet bourbon style sauce (alcohol-free). One rack is enough for 2. But maybe you will want to keep it all for yourself! Each rack weights from 850gr-1000gr.
Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.
Thaw in refrigerator before heating.
Preheat barbecue to high heat. Remove ribs from plastic bag keeping the sauce for basting the ribs. Place ribs on grill and heat for 10 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce. Turn after approximately 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F). Pour contents of bag on a baking sheet, cover ribs with sauce, and cover with aluminium foil. Heat for 15-20 minutes and serve.
