Cajun Chicken Drumsticks

- 12 Maillard chicken drumsticks
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. dried thyme
- ½ tsp. ground chipotle pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. ground pepper
- ½ tsp. dried parsley
- In a small bowl, mix the spices together. Place the drumsticks in a large airtight container and sprinkle the Cajun seasoning over them. Mix thoroughly and leave them in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the drumsticks on a large baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the drumsticks are fully cooked. Turn midway trough cooking.
