It’s never been so easy to prepare and enjoy a cajun chicken drumsticks recipe. This Maillard recipe is so simple to cook. Prepare your marinade, marinate, bake, eat!

Ingredients

  • 12 Maillard chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme
  • ½ tsp. ground chipotle pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. ground pepper
  • ½ tsp. dried parsley

Preparation

    1. In a small bowl, mix the spices together. Place the drumsticks in a large airtight container and sprinkle the Cajun seasoning over them. Mix thoroughly and leave them in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
    2. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the drumsticks on a large baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the drumsticks are fully cooked. Turn midway trough cooking.
