Fully Cooked Pork Loin Mustard Seasoned
Our pork loin is carefully sliced and cooked in its mustard and pepper marinade. All you have to do is reheat it approximately 10 minutes. It’ll be pink, juicy and extremely tender.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
Thaw in refrigerator or in cold water before heating.
Preheat oven to 325 °F (163 °C). Remove the plastic bag and place the pork loin in a pan. Cover with aluminium foil, this will keep the juices inside. Heat the loin for about 10 min. Important: As the pork loin is pre-cooked, avoid overheating it to keep the meat tender and moist.
