It's impossible not to like bacon, especially when it's naturally smoked with maple wood. Our bacon comes from Canadian pork and contains no artificial flavours. It comes in a convenient sous vide packaging of 2 separate packs of 250 g each.

Cooking instructions

Pan: Thaw the product first. Separate slices and place flat on a cold frying pan. Cook over moderate heat, turning frequently until desired doneness. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 71°C (160°F).

Microwave oven: Put slices between paper towels. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per slice on high.

Ingredients: Pork, water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, sodium bicarbonate, spices, smoke.
