Our foie gras comes from specially raised Mulard ducks. Our artisan butchers prepare it for you, removing the nerves and veins and slicing them in individual portions. Don't worry, as most portions are thick enough for easy cooking. As for the 50 grams portions, it is best to start cooking them while still frozen.
